The Ricoh WG-6 is a top-of-the-line waterproof digital compact camera designed to be waterproof to a depth of 20 meters, shockproof against a fall from heights of 2.1 meters and crushproof against weights of up to 100kgf (kilogram force). Positioned around the lens is a multi-application ring light, featuring six LED bulbs which provide a bright, uniform illumination on the subject. Thanks to a choice of lighting patterns, it can also be used to illuminate the subject more three-dimensionally. GPS and compass records positioning data The Ricoh WG-6 comes equipped with a large, high-resolution 3.0-inch high-resolution LCD monitor (1,040,000 dots). Its anti-reflection coating minimizes annoying glare and reflections to assure a sharp, clear on-screen image even in the harsh sunshine often encountered in outdoor shooting.
