MAGUS 50PLL 50х/0.70 Plan L WD 3.68mm Objective

Objective with 50x magnification for a metallurgical microscope. The plan achromatic optics form a wide and clear field of view and correct field curvature by 90%. When combined with a 10x/22mm eyepiece, the optical system will provide a field of view of 0.44mm. The objective corrects chromatic aberration in red and blue, and spherical aberration in green.

The objective can work with uneven samples. Its working distance is increased and is 3.68mm. This is necessary to avoid damaging the objective lens and the sample during observation. The objective is designed for an infinity-corrected optical system. The parfocality of the objective is 45mm.

The useful magnification that the microscope produces in combination with this objective is in the range of 350–700x. For the clearest picture, it is recommended to combine a 50x/0.70 objective with eyepieces with a magnification of 7x to 15x.
