General rules LV

GENERAL USAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE STORE SKYHUNTERS.LV 

1. Usage terms and conditions of the online store skyhunters.lv are binding for all users of the online store skyhunters.lv (here in after referred to as Consumers). 
2. Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" Reg. nr.: 43603070683 Legal address: Pasta iela 54 - 1, Jelgava, LV-3001 shall have the right to amend the content, as well as terms and conditions, of the online store skyhunters.lv at any moment. 
3. Manufacturers of the products sold at the online store skyhunters.lv shall have the right to amend product characteristics and description without prior notification at any moment. Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" shall not be held responsible for any changes implemented by manufacturers of the products sold at the online store skyhunters.lv.
4. Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" shall have the right to block access of the User without his/her prior notification or acknowledgement to the online store skyhunters.lv, to protect the rights and legitimate interests of others, or to comply with regulatory requirements.
5. Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" shall have the right to, at any time and without a prior notification, suspend or terminate operation of the online store skyhunters.lv.
6. Copyrights of the original content placed in the online store skyhunters.lv (such as original texts, pictures, video, etc.) are owned by the Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" or by third parties having given the consent to publish the content in online store skyhunters.lv.
7. Re-publishing, sale, copying, adaptation of any content published in the online store skyhunters.lv without a written permission from the Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" shall be prohibited.
8. The User shall be obliged to follow the usage terms and conditions of the online store skyhunters.lv, observe the rights of the Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" and/or rights of the third parties, to provide truthful information about him/herself, to use secure electronic communications and data transmission means, and not to propogate viruses which could disturb operation of the online store skyhunters.lv. 
9. The User shall be obliged to immediately inform the Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic", in case information has come to the User's attention that data of the User are being used, or may be used, by third parties.
10. The User acknowledges that the Company SIA "Levenhuk Baltic" shall not be held responsible for any negative outcome which the actions stipulated in user's manual of the online store skyhunters.lv may cause the User, and shall refuse to make any claim in this regard.
11. Usage of the online store skyhunters.lv shall be deemed as a confirmation that the User has fully read, understood, and acknowledged usage terms and conditions of the online store skyhunters.lv.
