The Samyang 8mm f/2.8 UMC Fisheye II CSC is a super wide-angle lens designed for Canon, Sony, and Fujifilm mirrorless APS-C cameras. In addition, it is one of the smallest fisheye lenses for this camera type and produces an image angle of 180 degrees with cameras from Sony and Fujifilm (slightly narrower with Canon, 167 degrees). Inside, there is a sophisticated optical design with eleven elements arranged in eight groups. Among these are one aspheric element and two made from ED glass (Extra low Dispersion) which combined produce high sharpness throughout the entire image and aperture range (f/2.8 ~ 22). All lens surfaces have Samyangs Ultra Multi Coating which increases the light transmission and reduce reflexes and stray light so that the images can have maximum contrast.
