With its extreme angle of view, 130 degrees, Samyang XP 10 mm f/3,5 is one of the world's widest, rectilinear lenses for full-frame. And as part of Samyang's XP series, it also holds premium class both optically and mechanically!
Robust and elegant
The lens is constructed with a smooth, semi-matt exterior in aluminium alloy, making it both sturdy and elegant at the same time. Built-in electronics and contacts for automatic aperture control and data transmission makes Samyang XP 10 mm f/3,5 compatible with all the cameras auto exposure and metering modes. It also supports the focus indicator in the viewfinder display.
The high precision focus ring has a smooth rubber coating that harmonizes with the metal covers and contributes to the premium experience.
Advanced optical construction
To provide minimal distortion and maximum sharpness across the image, even at large apertures, the lens contains 18 carefully designed elements placed in 11 groups. The advanced optical construction includes 3 aspherical lenses, a HR lens (High Refractive) and 3 lenses made of ED glass. Samyang XP 10 mm f/3,5 is capable of matching the resolution of 50-megapixel image sensors as well as 8K video recordings.
Samyang”s advanced Ultra Multi Coating counteracts reflexes, ghosting and flares and ensures that the images always have good contrast and natural colour reproduction.
