Product description
The Al Haggounia 001 meteorite was discovered in 2006 near the town of Al Haggounia, Morocco. Several tonnes of material were found scattered over an area of approximately 40 kilometres, which have been scientifically attributed to a massive meteorite fall. Researchers estimate that this cosmic event must have occurred several thousand years ago.
In scientific terms, this meteorite is classified as an achondrite belonging to the rare aubrite subclass. These unique space rocks are highly distinguished by their exceptionally high content of the mineral enstatite. Present a real stone that fell directly from the sky to surprise your friends, family, and acquaintances on special occasions such as Christmas, birthdays, or milestone celebrations.
